My hobbies are feeding my family with different recipes! I am always looking for new ways to cook. Asian, and "Southren" American is my favs. I can cook just about anything, though. And as long as it makes my eaters happy, then I am happy too! I would have continued my education by going into culinary arts, but I have bad feet and am unable to stand for long periods of time.

My cooking tragedies
Unfortunantly Breads are my weakness. I need more practise and in due time plan on mastering this! I am impatient, and tend to check the oven while it's still "rising." This tends to fall flat! :-0
