Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
This was incredible! As some other reviewers suggested, I used the mini chocolate chips and the Godiva liqueur. I sifted a bit of powdered sugar over the top to give it a little bit of color. It was so moist and absolutely delicious! I can't wait to try it with either a rasberry sauce over it, or perhaps some fresh strawberries and whipped cream. YUM!

Mum's Irish Apple Pie
This was my first time making a pie and it came out incredible! It tastes just like the store-bought apple pies. I did reduce the amount of nutmeg though and added some cinnamon, as another reviewer suggested. The crust came out incredibly flaky and just perfect. Thank you!

Chicken Milano
This was wonderful!!! I made a few changes after reading some other reviews though. I used the canned sub-dried tomatoes to give it some added flavor. I also cut (halved) the chicken breasts and lightly covered them with a flour mixture (1/4 cup flour, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp dried basil, salt and pepper). I browned them in olive oil and garlic and then cut them into bite-sized pieces after they were cooked. I ended up just tossing them into the sauce while it was simmering so they could absorb more of the flavor. Tossed with bow-tie pasta, this meal was amazing!
