Well Hmm about me! I have been in and around the kitchen most of my life! My dad was a chef and I learned much from him. (My mother is a great cook as well), Went to Jonson and Whales in Providence RI, however I didn’t stay. Worked in the kitchen at our family restaurant in Pungo VA for a while then joined the USCG for nine years active and twelve years as a reservist. Have done quite a bit of catering and all of the cooking at home for my wife and two children! Cooking as a career is not for me…I would rather cook for my family and friends any time!

My cooking tragedies
Cooked a rather large pan of lasagna on board the CG cutter White Heath that took a roll out of the oven and landed face down on the deck. Took four of us to flip it back over. The crew ate all of it!!
