I stumbled across this amazing recipe last year, and toyed around with the idea of serving it in our concession stand. This is a fantastic recipe! We will certainly be serving it this year, it will be one of the more profitable items we serve. And as a side note, you can freeze this! BONUS!!! No joke! I put it in individual bags (3 cups per bag), place 4 bags inside a gallon ziploc, and place them in my deep freeze. Just pulled out a bag from 2 months ago, let it thaw for about an hour and tasted like I just popped it. A freakin mazing!
