Cornmeal Coating

Coating was good ,But did not adhere to the fish very well. Maybe doing an egg coating before the cornmeal would've helped

Cranberry Macadamia Bark

Slow Cooked Teriyaki Venison

Sweet Leftover Turkey Salad

Very tasty salad~ Had to add extra Mayo for creaminess though. I make a similar salad with toasted pecans and craisins.
