Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
These pork chops are fantastic! I used lemon pepper flavored panko bread crumbs instead of the soft ones. Because my breadcrumbs were already "lemon-y," I omitted the lemon zest so it wouldn't be too overly lemon tasting. Panko crumbs give a great crunch, and the flavors of sage, parmesan go great together. We will make these again! Thanks for sharing.

Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
These cookies are peanut butter heaven! My PB loving hubby almost melted on the floor when he tasted these. I followed the recipe exactly, only difference was I baked my cookies on parchment paper. If you love PB like we do, make these! You won't be disappointed! Thanks for a winner of a recipe!

Easy Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
This was delicious! Sometimes I think we trick ourselves into thinking that an easy recipe isn't going to be any good. What an easy, yummy surprise! I used fresh peaches, added 1 tsp. of vanilla to the batter and cooked for 40 minutes. Then I sprinkled some brown sugar on top and cooked the additional 20 minutes. Outstanding! What could be a better summertime treat with a little vanilla ice cream! Thanks for the great recipe!

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
Canned spaghetti sauce never tastes quite right. This is such an amazing sauce that you can customize to your personal taste. We like to add mushrooms, yellow pepper and sausage. I changed nothing in the recipe and felt like an authentic Italian cook! No more jarred sauce for us. This is a keeper!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
My whole family loved this! I had to crank up the oven to 400 to try and get it done by dinnertime but still turned out great. The ONLY thing I would have done different would be to double the sauce so we could have had more on mashed potatoes! This will be my standard pork chop recipe from here on. Thanks for sharing it!

E-A-G-L-E-S Swirl Sandwich

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2009
This was yummy! My husband and son gobbled it up. I did add some more seasonings to the onions and mushrooms. A pepper of some kind would add flavor. All in all, a great recipe! Thanks for sharing it!
