Herb Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2007
Fabulous! I got nothing but raves with this dish. Only changes for me were, I used balsalmic vinegar (it is what I had on hand). I doubled the sauce (smart move as the sauce was devoured). I also used my rotisserie on my gas grill and cooked about 20 minutes per pound. Thanks for a great recipe.

Jen's Fresh and Spicy Salsa

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2006
I give this a 5 stars rating. It is exceptionally delicious. I did use chopped garlic instead of powder. The salsa was very juicy, which could have been corrected by draining the tomatoes for a bit. I personally enjoyed it the way it was. My batch made 3 cups. What is great about this is that there are only 210 calories for the entire 3 cups. Thanks for a great recipe.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

This is a fabulous recipe. It is excellent as a side dish and with a side salad, would make an excellent meal. I will be making this quite often. Thanks for this recipe.

Glazed Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2004
This is an excellent meatloaf. I used ground chuck, which made the loaf too crumbly. Next time I will either use an 80% ground beef or add some ground pork. I too cut back on the brown sugar.

Buttery Cooked Carrots

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2004
This is a simple and delicious recipe. However, I recommend that you reduce the sauce to a thick syrup consistency before adding the carrots.

Nutty Napoleons

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2003
When tasting this recipe as I was assembling, I felt the bleu cheese was overpowering. After I put them together and let them sit in the refrigerator for a couple hours, the flavors all came together and the bleu cheese flavor blended perfectly. This appetizer was a big hit in our household and disappeared in minutes. This is a keeper folks and it is simple to prpare.

This recipe is wonderful. My wife even said that she really enjoyed them and she does not like Au Gratin Potatoes.

Baked Spaghetti I

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2002
I found this recipe to be extremely easy. It is rather bland for my tastes, but suits my wifes taste perfectly. I felt it could use more tomatoes and seasonings. The recipe calls for 16 oz. tomatoes, but I can only find 14.5 oz. cans in the store. I am sure that 1.5 oz. did not make that much difference though.
