Sausage Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
These are the best! Everyone loves them. I bake them on a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet to let the fat drip off. I can't wait to have them again. (Double the bacon for 30 peppers)

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2009
Awesome taste and easy to use. The recipe makes it seem like the powder sugar and milk with form a smooth mixture, but it doesn't. Once you get it mostly combine add the corn syrup and extract. Make sure to beat it in. It comes out purfect. If it is too thick add extra corn syrup not milk. The extra milk makes it too runny.

Soft Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
Awesome cookies! I tried making the best rolled sugar cookies from this site and the dough was horrible to work with. This dough is so soft and easy to use. I took the advise of other reviewers and used powedered sugar to help roll them out instead of flour. I also only used 3 cups of flour and baked at 350 for 10 minutes. They are perfect. I will ice them tonight....yum!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
Dimpled cookies not suitable for icing. I followed the receipe to a T and they did not come out to my standards. They expanded so much that you were not able to tell the shapes. They are too bumpy to even waste my time icing. The flavor of the cookie is good though. I might use in the future to make traditional circle cookies without icing.

Made this for Thanksgiving morning and it was a HUGE hit. Don't change a thing. You can cut through it like butter!!! It has been demanded for all Thanksgivings to come. My family has called requesting I make it on a weekly basis. Thanks frosty for making me look so good on my first baking attempt!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
This is an AWESOME crust. I made it for my buffalo wing inspired pizza. The crust was so fast and easy. No additional flavorings needed. I was impressed how it stood up to all my heavy toppings. I was also able to stuff my crust. It rolls out really easy. I will use this over and over.

Chicken Flautas

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2009
This recipe is great as is and everyone should try it. The other night I wanted chicken flautas, but didn't have any salsa or oil. Instead of going to the store I did what any cook would, improvised. I mixed my shredded chicken with spicy taco seasoning and finely chopped sautéed onions. I heated my tortillas in the microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel and then sprayed them with cooking spray before baking. I use Monetary Jack cheese. They were awesome!

These were great. I baked mine on top of a cooling rack positioned ontop of a cookie sheet. They were crispy and delicious!
