This is a great, easy recipe that is good for feeding a group of people and is pretty low maintenance. It's a lot of chopping in the beginning, but after it goes in the oven, it was the perfect time to make potatoes I served with it. (I cut up sweet and red potatoes I had in the fridge and fried it with some onions and green peppers- it was a great side) It fed 5 people on half the recipe. I used kielbasa since I didnt have any ham, cut the bread into cubes an hr before to let it harden, added some baby spinach I had in the fridge, and used whole milk & reduced fat cream cheese. People loved it. It was a lot of chopping, but its worth it. You can get away with cutting bigger pieces, so it's not that bad. Definitely a keeper.
