Mock Tuna Salad

This is a very tasty sandwich filling. It is a bit different, but the hubby and I both enjoyed it and I would make it again.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yum. These cookies actually taste better cold in my opinion. I like them right out of the freezer and will make a double batch next time. Next time I will also do half and half flour/oats and add in more peanut butter and chocolate chips for a bit of a more decadent cookie.
