My love for cooking started when I was a little girl. I would throw a bunch of ingredients together and make up some crazy name for the dish and make people eat it. Really, not much has changed.
Today, I look for any reason to prepare food. Instead of reading novels, I read cookbooks. Instead of watching tv, I cook. I love to share my recipes with friends and family.
I always challenge myself to stay far away from preservatives and additives. I like to use pure and fresh ingredients in the dishes I prepare. I do not use a microwave and I don't touch any aritifical sweeteners. I try to limit my use of canned foods because fresh is always better and has more nutrients.
