My name is renee. I am 20 years old, My mother said I was practically raised in the kitchen. I come from a family of amazing cooks, restaurant owners, and gourmet chefs. My grandmother is constantly telling me stories of her relatives and the restaurant they owned and cooked in. I guess I've always been interested in cooking. When I was 8 I would wake up really early before anyone else was awake, and make breakfast. I was a natural. Every year my family request me to make the family thanksgiving and christmas dinners. They all encourage me to go to culinary school, or to open my own restaurant, just get involved in cooking one way or another. Right now im young and going to school, trying to figure out what i really want to do. Cooking for me is just fun, I really love it. Im from Alabama, so I definitely love to cook southern food. I also have a lot of Italian in me, so italian dishes are a favorite. I just love to cook good american food, with lots of flavor and texture. We are big on Thanksgiving, it is our favorite holidays! We go all out.
