Banana Bread - Quick Bread for Machines

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2012
I have tried this recipe and my family loves it sooo much. Those who are complaining that they have Black & Decker and can't 'stop' the machine then I recommend you do this: Put all your ingredients in the bread machine and press start. Let the machine run for about 6 or so minutes and just unplug it. It has to stop, right? After that, just check and see if everything is mixed (using a spatula). If your ingredients are not properly mixed, after using spatula, run the machine again for 2 minutes. After that, just grease a pan and add a bit of flour and put your dough in there, bake it in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes and there u have it! I never bake in bread machine simply because I don't like the shape...and it's not always well done in the middle. I however mix the ingredients in the bread machine, then transfer to pan and then oven.

this was a nice change, and cutting them like that gave them an extra umph. Made them for my first dinner for the in-laws. They enjoyed them. Great and simple.
