Hot Milk Sponge Cake III
Perfect recipe! Those complaining it's too 'eggy' it might simply be because you are not beating the egg enough. It has to be well-bitten til thick :)

Banana Bread - Quick Bread for Machines
I have tried this recipe and my family loves it sooo much. Those who are complaining that they have Black & Decker and can't 'stop' the machine then I recommend you do this: Put all your ingredients in the bread machine and press start. Let the machine run for about 6 or so minutes and just unplug it. It has to stop, right? After that, just check and see if everything is mixed (using a spatula). If your ingredients are not properly mixed, after using spatula, run the machine again for 2 minutes. After that, just grease a pan and add a bit of flour and put your dough in there, bake it in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes and there u have it! I never bake in bread machine simply because I don't like the shape...and it's not always well done in the middle. I however mix the ingredients in the bread machine, then transfer to pan and then oven.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
We loooooved these. They were very juicy and tasty. I wish I had made a bit more marinade since it turned out sooooo good. I will be using the marinade recipe for my chicken and pork from now on! Yummy:)
