Spicy Garlic and Pepper Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
Phenomonal!!! Tasted great. It only calls for 1 serving so I used a pound of small shrimp and just kinda went from there adding more. Felt better having it over a veggie instead of rice or pasta. I definitely recommend trying this!

Asparagus with Gorgonzola and Roasted Walnuts

This was great! Used pecans instead (because I thought we had walnut but didn't) and it still was very good! Definitely recommend

This came out absolutely great. Gave it a 4 because it is a little work. Other than that, it's awesome

Zucchini e Pomodori Gratinati (Zucchini and Tomato Gratin)

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2010
This recipe is absolutely amazing. I did end up using a little more oil just so the zucchini/squash wasn't too dry frying. It was extremely easy and cheap, which I like. I made mine the night before to take with me to my parents the next night. Popped it in the oven and it came out perfect! I will definitely be making this again, especially on the weekend or if I have time the night before so that I all I have to do is throw it in with something else.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: May 5, 2010
This was amazing. The mustard gives a really good flavor. I also added a splash of white wine and before putting in the oven covered the shrimp with some bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Delicious!!! So easy to make also.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
This came out great! I was scared also since this was my first roast I'd ever done. I did change some things though. I found another recipe similiar and kind of mixed the 2 together. I put the oven at 500, then turned down to 475 when I put the meat in, then cooked for 21 min, turned off oven and cooked more 20 min per pound. I also added a bunch more seasonings. Took and hour and came out great!!!! Perfect pink throughout! Will be making this again for sure.

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II

This soup is the best! So tasty and even great for heating up later. I think next time I may use milk just to be a little healthier but with the cream it is delicious! Will be making this many times again

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
This was a hit at the party. I had no leftovers and in fact I think I'm going to double the recipe next time to make sure there is more! I did change a few things, I cut the bacon in half and wrapped the smokies and also made a tiger dill weed sauce with it from another reviewer, that seriously made them delicious! Also also after I put them in the crock-pot to keep warm put the drippings from in the pan and a dab of maple syrup. I will definitely be making these again. Easy and cheap! Good combo :o)

These came out great. Nice and tender. I did add a lot more seasoning but the timing and temperature helped to make them perfect and moist!
