Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
I think this was very good. My husband and I will definitely be broiling fish more often. Cooked to perfection with the recommended times, The only thing I did differently was I added bread crumbs to the mix, because of a suggestion, and it made it too thick to spread. So I guess suggestions for spreading or applying the Parmesan to the fish for us newbies @ cooking.

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
My husband and his best friend ate this up. His friend actually called his Mom and grandma and said it was pretty much better then theirs. Trick is I used Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce, the kind you get at Menards, and Oyster Crackers.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2009
I made this for dinner tonight. My husband refuses to eat green peppers but he enjoyed this. I changed a few things to work for me. Were rice people so I used 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of water, which meant it had to cook a little longer. I used 1 TBS of Worcestershire....were flavor people. I also just put the cheese on top.

Beef Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2009
I made this last night for the man in my life. I admit I'm no Martha Stewart but I'm not horrendous when it comes to the oven either. This was really easy, but I changed it entirely because it just wasn't working for me. Corn tortilla's fall apart, they would not role for me so I just layered it like lasagna. Also I left the sour cream and salsa out of the lasagna and let them on the side and put it in the oven for tops 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Everything was already cooked. My husband and his best friend ate it all. The whole pan with a little hot sauce of course.
