Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2011
This is the most simple dessert to make ever.... And sooooo good... Baked it at 350 for 10 minutes, then 300 degrees for an hour.... Delicious... Lower temp for a bit longer time, is better.... To make it look more appealing... After 20 minutes taking it out the oven.... I made a chocolate glaze... Very simple... Melted 3 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, added 1 tsp vanilla... brushed it on top of pecan pie, added more pecans, and wow... It looks like a pie from a 5 star restaurant... Just added whip cream when I served... And my bf was like... This is simply amazing... And I know I did a great job, if he tells me that he will bring it to work the next day.... Thanks so much for the simple yet absolutely Devine recipe....

Baby Back Ribs

Wow, this is so so simple and amazing.... I did NOT refrigerate overnight, I simply didn't have time.... All I had was 2 hours... I added adobo seasoning, and pepper, plus barbecue sauce. 2 hours in the fridge, then baked for 2.5 hours at 300 degrees... Removed aluminum foil, added barbecue sauce and broiled for 5 minutes. Just amazing, thanks for the recipe.... Nom nom nom....

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
Omg... This is sooooo good, like I can't believe I made it.... The texture of the bread is really soft and just the right amount of chewy-ness.... It doesn't need a lot of the frosting, coz it's that amazing....Although, I doubled the frosting (just in case) I also didnt have any bread machine.... I just followed the other reviews... I added milk, sugar and yeast, waited 10 minutes, before adding eggs, salt and bread flour.... This is so amazing, that as we speak, I'm making another batch... Put the dough in the fridge, I'm putting that in the oven tomorrow, and giving it as a gift, to my bf's brothers birthday tomorrow.... Thank you for the recipe... I will make this, at least once a month....

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
I made these cookies yesterday, and I didn't have ground cloves and raisins, just added chocolate chips instead, all i can say is.... this is the most delicious cookies I have baked. I know when I baked something good.... because my big glass cookie jar is empty as of today.... Thanks for the recipe... Just a little note, I baked the cookies for exactly 10 minutes, turned off the oven, and let it sit there for 3 minutes, before removing the cookie sheets. The cookies turned brown on the edges, but super moist and and chewy inside, but not cakey at all.... we looooove it....

This is THE BEST CHOLOCATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE EVER.....I tried Award Winning Soft CHocolate Chip Cookie recipe first, and it was soooo horrible, super cake-y.... The Best Big Fat chewy chocolate chip cookie, is really chewy and delicious.... I cant believe how chewy it is... I made it last night, it was devoured by my bf and son... and i know they love it, coz this morning, I saw my BF, getting from the glass cookie jar, and bringing some to work.... and my son, taking one before leaving for school... *sigh* now, thats what baking is all about... pleasing the family... I love this recipe, and I will try a variety next time.... with white chocolate chips and cranberries, maybe also with walnuts or pecans... mmmmm hmmmm....

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
I made this for the very first time this morning....I used slivered almonds and cranberries, a Tablespoon orange zest.... And melted almond bark to cover one side after slicing... And wow, it is yummy.... I did not make a log, or held the dough, i simply used my spatula, and made 2 flat long lines, and it came out beautiful.... Covered it with towel for 10 minutes, and when i cut it diagonally, it sliced perfectly. My boyfriend is half Italian, and he went to culinary school... And he said, its better than his grandma's biscotti.... I am so happy he said that.. Thank you for the recipe....

Puttanesca I

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
Ohmygod... My boyfriend loved it... He is half Italian, and went to culinary school... So he cooks gourmet all the time... he is amazed that I did this myself... He added 8 anchovies instead of 4, and 1/2 teaspoon more red flakes... But he says, that is just his preference.... He loves calamata olives, they eat these as appetizers.... So, this dish we all truly enjoyed... I will definitely make this, at least once a month...

Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
This is THE easiest recipe I have tried. My family loved it... a bit sweet but still yummy, so next time, i will add more salt, and more oreo. Every bite must have oreo, so next time, after i pour everything, i will add more oreo on top, like right beside each other... but this is definitely a keeper....
