Chili Chicken
This was just okay. I ended up adding BBQ sauce to my chicken to add more flavor.

Salisbury Steak
It is a great recipe! Especially for first timers like me :) I rated it 4 stars b/c i read a lot of the reviews & made quite a few changes based off that. I didn't feel i could give it 5 stars since i didn't do the original recipe first. I added 1/3 of Lipton Onion Soup mix to the hamburger meat , along with a squirt of Dijon mustard, and a tbsp of all purpose flour w/ the other required ingredients. I also cooked the meat in a little olive oil about half way done. With the gravy, i went with a couple different reviews and decided to do my own thing. I used 2 brown gravy pkgs and started adding ingredients as i went. I did the recommended amount of water on pkg. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup, the rest of the Lipton Onion Soup mixture, sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, and a squirt of Dijon mustard. I only put about half the recommended about of ketchup; no flour and and salt and peppered to my liking. Poured it on top the meat after pouring out the grease. And let it simmer for about 20 mins, stirring often. My husband loved it!!! I thought it was great!! For a first time and kind of doing my own thing, it turned out great. But if you don't like a really onion taste, then leave out the sliced onions. I will definitely be doing this again. Thanks for the recipe and suggestions!!

Quick and Easy Mexican Chicken
I was fast and easy. Had a simple but favorable taste. Good with Spanish Rice. You can also add toppings to give it more flavor. like building a burrito. What your taste buds desire add to it after cooking as toppings.
