Lighter Chocolate Chip Pancakes
after the advice of others, i knocked it down to 2 tsp of baking powder. i also just use 2 cups whole wheat flour bc the original recipe (from the app on my phone) said 1 3/4c ww flour and 1/4 white flour (or all ww flour). the bf thinks they are the greatest things ever.

Fresh Herbed Halibut
I took some other reviewers' advice and baked it instead of broiling it. Had I not cooked it too long, it would have been amazing! I gave it 4 stars because I thought it was a little dilly.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread
WOW!!!! i usually dont like alcohol flavored foods, nor do i like whole wheat. but the bf does, and i had some leftover vanilla porter from some french toast i'd made earlier. i had used 2/3 cup of the vanilla porter, so i added 2/3 cup of leinenkugels honeyweiss to make up for the lack of vanilla porter. sooooo good!!!! i drizzled a little olive oil on top instead of butter. the bread was sweet, yet tangy and delicious. will make again. and again!
