Confetti Beef Taco Salad
When I make this recipe I use nacho cheese flavored Doritos and mix in a cup or more of thousand island dressing. I usually mix it all together as stated but the chip do get soft and some people like more or less thousand island dressing, so sometimes I will put the chips and dressing on the side so everyone can mix there own serving so everything stays crisp and the lettuce doesn't get soggy from the dressing. Very good!

When making mine I use two pans, one large pan for the buttered bread and the other for the meat and sour kraut. I put enough meat and kraut for one sandwich in a pan and warm it up while in the other pan I'm toasting the bread with the cheese on one slice. When cheese is melted and meat and kraut warm place meat, kraut mixture on top of melted cheese , right before serving place thousand island dressing on top on meat and close sandwich .

Banana Pound Cake With Caramel Glaze
Made exactly as written except for glaze. I couldn't see how you would be able to put the glaze on while the cake was still in pan, let it cool then flip it to take out of pan?? That seemed like it would have been a huge mess? I cooled it in pan for ten mins flipped it , used a kabob skewer to poke about 15 holes in the cake then drizzled the glaze over the cake and topped the cake with more chopped pecans. Not much of the glaze seemed to get into the holes, maybe after sitting awhile, either way the cake turned out very moist and delicious ! Wish the glaze would thicken a bit more after sitting because it's a bit messy but tastes wonderful!
