Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2010
I made this cake for Aubrey's birthday/ wedding engagement/house warming all in one... I added the zest of an orange...it turned out beautifully! I used a doiley on top of the cake and then I had dusted it with powdered sugar for that flower effect. Check out the pictures above and you will see what I'm speaking about... My next one will be with less sugar and darker chocolate. This is a saver and wil be made quite often in my kitchen. Thank-you!

Roasted Red Bell Pepper Soup

Reviewed: May 21, 2012
When I roasted 8 red peppers, I also roasted 3 bulbs of garlic and 4 onions cut into quarters. The garlic gives a totally different taste when roasted and it is not over powering. I did not have any "cannellini beans" so I used 2 cans 19oz of "chick peas" instead. I chopped up some oregano and basil from my garden to add to the soup. All the roasting paid off. It tasted fabulous!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Treats

Reviewed: May 29, 2010
They are gooey and sticky and taste sinful. I had used butterscotch chips because I did not have peanut butter chips. My "honey" rates them an 8 out of 10 and that is a good thing!!! I kept the pot on the stove(after turning it off) while mixing everything and it all came out easily. It's a keeper...Thanks and Have Your Best Day Ever!!!

Crispy Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2011
I had also used flour first and then mixed bread crumbs and potato flakes together and baked at 450 and it turned out really good. I would make this recipe again. The flavor of the mustard is mild.

Fluffy White Frosting

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2011
I tried this recipe twice and it was runny both times. I even used 3 egg whites the second time around and whipped it for about 15 minutes. It came out shiny and runny, not like the photo I see. I don't know what I'm doing wrong?
