My favorite family cooking traditions
My husband and I make pizza every Friday night. We've been experimenting with sauces and pesto's, and recently perfected our whole wheat pizza crust. Add in a nice bottle of red wine and a movie, and we've got a perfect evening.
My cooking triumphs
I love experimenting while baking. Any time I make muffins and am able to turn it into a low fat, low sugar, high fiber mouth watering breakfast...we'll, to me that's a triumph.
My cooking tragedies
I have a LOT of tragedies. My most recent one is when I made my first zucchini bread. After 50 minutes of baking (looked and smelled delicious), I tried to take it out of the pan, and, Oops...the whole inside oozed out. :( That was a sad morning.
