Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2009
I followed the recipe, except that I added an extra egg, vanilla and only 1/3 cup of flour..(I know it sort of defeats the purpose, but I did it because of the reviews that said the cookies fell apart) and this cookie was the perfect texture! Soft and chewy and NOT AT ALL Sticky or too heavy!!

Cheesy Zucchini Bake

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
I followed this recipe, except for 2 changes: I omitted Olives, cause I am not a fan, and I used spaghetti sauce as another reviewer had suggested, in place of the puree and paste! It was awesome! I will be making this again and again! Thank you for the recipe! :) :)

Fresh Pea Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
I absolutely LOOOOOOVE this soup!! I first made it about a month ago, and since then have made it like 6x! lol! Thank you soo much for sharing this recipe!! :) It will be a recipe in my weekly diet I think! lol! :) I have done a few things differently..like, I add a fresh garlic clove to the butter, and use regular onions in place of shallots, as well, I have used sour cream in place of cream, and once even plain jogurt! It gave it a little different kick, but was still awesome! :) :)

Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2009
Very yummy!! :) I did use frozen veggies thawed, that had red and yellow peppers, carrots, peas, green beans, cauliflower, etc. :) I added more cheese, cause I like cheese, and since I forgot to buy Mayo at the store, I just used this stuff called Creme Fraishe(I live in Austria right now, lol, so it is like a cream with krauter in it). Was very very tasty, and I will make again, though I think next time I will make homemade cream of chicken soup, since that will lower the sodium count, cause I puree the food I make for my 1yr old, who btw, loved this!! :) Thanks for sharing!! :)

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2009
Love this bread!! It is def more like a coffee cake in texture, but it is fabulous!! Thank you soo much for sharing! I made a loaf and brought it to my in-laws and they loved it! hehe! I live in Vienna, Austria, and coffee cakes and bread are a common breakfast item here, so this fits the bill perfectly!! :D I make this bread now on a normal basis to impress friends, family and the husband! :D Thanks again!

Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
Awesome!! :) I used the 'Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting' recipe as the middle filling, just made it more creamy than it calls for by adding extra milk! DELICIOUS! Also I suggest using REAL peanut butter if you want it to taste more like the Reeses! The real peanut butter has the grittyness to it without needing to add the graham cracker crumbs! :) :) Thanks for the recipe!! :)

Honey Cake III

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
Fantastic!! Thank you for sharing! I used a little more honey than the recipe called for and not quite as much sugar, also used brown sugar instead of white, but this was FABULOUS!! My husband and 18mo old son ate it up! Will make again and again! A great breakfast cake for sure! I made some orange glaze to put on top! :D I think this would also go well with frosting, depending on your taste and how sweet you want it! lol! Also, I did not have to bake this quite as long as needed either, only about 30min, otherwise the bottom would have toasted! Highly recommend trying! ENJOY!!

Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
Really liked the taste of this sauce!! Thank you for sharing!! I will definitely make this again and again! Only thing I changed was that I didn't have cayenne pepper, so I used regular pepper and only a very tiny bit..and I also added the lemon juice right before putting in the blender. Try it, you won't be sorry you did! :) :)

Cinnamon Supper Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2010
This cake was fantastic! I also added lots of cinnamon to the batter itself and used lots of powdered sugar and cinnamon on top, and it is FABULOUS! The melted butter with the confectioners sugar kind of makes a glaze at the bottom layer of all the confectioners sugar, so it is well worth it to use the whole amount called for if you ask me! Thank you for sharing! My husband absolutely loved it, as well as my 18mo old! :) As a matter of fact, I made my first batch last night, and it was gone by this morning, so my husband requested I make another one! LOL! He ate it for breakfast (and obviously during the day while I was gone! LOL!) so I doubled the recipe tonight! :) WONDERFUL! :D

Smooth Strawberry Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
Really enjoyed this soup! I left out the orange juice and the lemon juice, both cause I forgot after getting into making it. Still was great, I think those would just add a citrusy flavor, so I was cool without them anyways. :) Croutons are DELISH! :D Thanks for sharing! Will def make again!
