Cinnamon Syrup

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2010
Yummy Stuff! Reminds me a little of the IHOP pancake syrup on the 'cinna Cakes'!! I live in Austria, so I am unable to get these delicious variations of syrups and pancakes at restaurants, so I make everything myself! Happy I found this one! Thanks for Sharing!

Strawberry Cream Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2010
Just made this pie for Thanksgiving, in addition to the Pumpkin Pie! Everyone LOVED IT!! :D I got asked for the recipe numerous times! :) Definitely need to change the serving size to 6 or as I did, to 9! :D Was fabulous, and I will keep and make again! I love recipes that are made from scratch without main ingredients coming from a box! (minus the crust on this, since I did use Oreos)! Thanks for sharing!!! :D :D

Chocolate Cream Pudding

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2010
Really really liked this!!! I did use 4tbls of flour in place of the cornstarch and 4 tablespoons unsweetened coco powder and 2.5tbls veg oil in place of the chocolate bar. Turned out fantastic! :D

Buttermilk Syrup

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2010
Absolutely excellent!!! I made the recipe as is, and it was great! It is extra sweet, so I also might reduce the sugar a bit next time, but I think I won't buy expensive syrup again! I always bought the all natural syrup, and it is great, but expensive! Thank you for sharing!!! :)

I baked it in muffin tins, and used it as a base for strawberry shortcake! Yummy! :) I also listened to other reviewers and only used 1 cup of sugar. :) :)

Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
There is really no need for me to rate this, as so many people already have, but I will anyways! I have really been looking for a great recipe to remind me of home(now living in Austria, and they just don't frost cakes like this here at all!!) and I have finally found it!! I like all kinds of frosting, but when I want the ones that remind me of the bakery's at my local grocery store, I will go for this one!! Thanks for sharing! I followed the recipe to a T, except that I did half it! :)

Strawberry Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2010
I thought these were pretty good, but for me, (and maybe I didn't use enough strawberries, but I thought I did!) I could barely taste the strawberries through the chocolate. They tasted like chocolate brownies with a very slight hint of strawberry. The brownie was moist and soft though. I did also use all purpose flour instead of cake flour, as I had none..I just added a little baking powder, as well I pureed all the strawberries as other reviewers suggested! :) I will make again, but possibly use more strawberries next time, again, that could have been easily been an error on my part. :) Thanks for sharing! :)

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2010
Awesome taste!! I have to say, I have tried so many brownie recipes, and for the life of me can not seem to understand what I do wrong, but they never turn out right! Either they are hard or sticky or something! This one turned out perfectly and the frosting is a real additive! Thanks for sharing! :)

Mint Buttercream Frosting With Dark Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
Definitely good! I did add a bit of extra extract, as I wanted a bit more mint taste and was putting this as a filling between two chocolate cookies! :) Thanks for the recipe, will def use again! :) One more note, I did not do the chocolate glaze part.

The Best Chocolate Cake You Ever Ate

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2010
I make this cake on a regular basis as the dessert for us!! Love it! :) I don't change a thing about the cake recipe though I do make a cream cheese chocolate or butter cream frosting frosting instead! The cake is moist and stays that way! I have also made it into a heart shaped 3 layer cake as well! :)
