Holiday Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2014
My go-to Chicken Salad Recipe! Great blend of sweet and nutty with crunch and texture. I do used canned chicken when I have to, but it is OUTSTANDING with "real" chicken. Toast the really puts it over the edge!

We had an improv Chinese food night and needed a quick sauce. This was easy and unexpectedly flavorful! I'll be using it again - thank you!

Potato Soup IX

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2014
Very, very good as written. I thought it had plenty of subtle flavoring - nothing overwhelming. Then we added a large chunk of Velveeta Queso and WHAM! Amazing!!!! (I did mashed it down a little in the pan as other users suggested to avoid having to clean the blender:) It was quick and easy, thank you for posting!

Maple Walnut Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2013
I don't consider myself much of a cook/baker, but these were easy and very good - perfect for the Holiday Season! I liked the smooth consistency and flavor. The only thing I did different was add another tsp of maple after reading the reviews. My honey brought it to work, and a few of the ladies even asked for the recipe :)

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
Didn't have any cumin or green chile peppers, but this still turned out nicely! I would def. make it again. The cheese adds a nice texture and creamy flavor. I had to use slices but it worked out fine.
