Stuffed and Wrapped Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2013
It was a big hit, but where people say this cooks at 350 in 35 minutes is beyond me, especially with bacon. I cooked it for on hour at 385 and then broiled it to crisp the bacon. I also added chopped frozen spinach and mixed it with melted cream cheese and the other filling items.

Mini Frittatas with Quinoa

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2013
Excellent and fun. The entire family loved them. I made some veggie and the rest with chicken. We will try other suggestions such as spinich and asparagus in the future. The only basic change I made was to increase the cook time to 40 minutes. This made them firmer.

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: May 26, 2013
Tested it on Saturday and will make it again on Monday for Memorial Day. The marinate has a strong smell but it does not overpower the chicken. Great recipe!

I usually do not care for pumpkin, but the cream cheese filling makes this one of my favorite desserts. You won't be disappointed!

Baked Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
If you don't like to fry, then this one is for you. My family thinks it is better than the fried versions I have made. You can easily adjust the "hotness" by adjusting spice level or adding a touch of liquid hot sauces. This is the only hot wing receipe we make anymore.

Awesome Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
These are a holiday tradition at our house. To make the recipe easier, I use a bag of cole slaw that can be found in the refrigerated produce section by the bags of salad. I also add finely chop bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Don't forget the hot Chinese mustard.
