Donut Muffins

I just made this recipe and my Husband said they were awesome!!! I couldn't believe how easy they were to make. I started at noon, and he was eating his first of many by 12:35. I'll be making these a lot for the girls at work. I used my Wilton mini muffin tin and the batter was exactly the right amount to make 24. Thanks sooo much for such a simple recipe that really turned out perfectly!!!!! I forgot to say that I followed the directions as written with no changes.

Macaroni and Cheese Southern Style

Oh Chris!! Thanks for sharing your recipe. I made it exactly as you wrote it, and it was wonderful! I'm a true Mac&Cheese lover and this was the best. I'll be making this version for ever. Keep your recipes coming...I'll be looking for more.

Mother's Day Pie

I love this recipe!! I mixed it all together except for the coconut, poured it into my greased and floured pyrex, then I sprinkled 1c. of coconut over the top and gently tapped it into the custard with the back of a fork until it sunk down a bit. Baked for 45 min. and it turned out with a beautiful golden crust on top. I let it cool before cutting it, and it came out of the pie plate with no trouble at all. Thank-you for sharing such a great recipe!!!!! The flavor and texture were perfect!

Taco Seasoning (without the chili powder)

I just mixed this all up, and it smells wonderful! I'll be using it tonight. I'm not sure how much to put in, so I guess I'll experiment. Thanks for this great recipe.

Mayonnaise Biscuits

I just made these, and my husband thought I had used Bisquick! When I told him that they were from scratch... he was so impressed with me. So easy, quick and wonderful. I also made my own self-rising flour! THANK-YOU !!!!!!!

Sausage Mushroom Manicotti

This was soooo good! All I switched out was, fresh mushrooms for canned and Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic instead of regular ( we love garlic ). Thank-you for a manacotti with cream sauce, instead of red. Yummy!!!!!!!

Tangy (Not Sweet) Tartar Sauce

I love this sauce! It's just perfect the way is. I grew up in Delaware, and the tartar was always tangy with dill pickle in it. Thanks for bringing back the past :)

Radio Days Cherry Custard Kuchen

This is truely wonderful! It seemed like alot of work reading the recipe, but it took no time at all. My husband loved it, I loved it. I only made one change. Instead of white sugar in the final topping, I used brown, other than that, no changes needed. LOVE...LOVE...LOVE it!!!=D

Barbeque Chicken and Red Onion Pizza

I made this pizza last night, much to my husbanbs dismay, he doesn't think chicken belongs on pizza. He tried it....he loved it!!!! Thank you for such a great and simple recipe. I followed the recipe exactly, no changes needed. I will be making it often.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

It seems to me, that most everyone thinks that sugar is some kind of secret ingredient, it's really not. If you use 1 to 2 T. of concord grape jelly instead of sugar, you'll not only cut the acid, but you'll be adding another layer of flavor. Trust me. I actually talked a waitress at the Old Spag. Factory in Seattle into telling their secret.
