Waldorf Salad II

Excellent dessert!! Made this for Father's Day BBQ and it was a big hit by everyone. I used strawberries as others had suggested, fresh ones that I added a little sugar and let them sit in the fridge...this created a litte sauce that I drizzled over the cake. I did not have cocco powder so I sprinkled the top with fine crushed walnuts!! Looked awesome and gave it a great taste. Will definitly make again!! Thanks Bonnie!!

Garlic Shrimp Linguine

great recipe. Ageee with having to make atleast 4-5 times the butter/oil/wine combo. Linguine would be too dry without it. Great taste and very elegant looking for company. Thanks Stacey!!

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

This was an excellent recipe. If you like the old fashion pot pie this is a recipe for you. For the peas I used a frozen package of peas thawed out. For the buttermilk baking mix I used Bisquick. If you have hungry men it might not serve 6. I was getting complaints I didn't make more!! Will definitely make again. Thanks Cydni!! :)

Zesty Porcupine Meatballs

What a great recipe! I cut back a little bit on the worcestershire sauce as suggested. I also, after forming the meatballs baked them in a glass dish on 350 for about 20-25 minutes to save on time from pan-frying. It came out delicious!! Will definitely make again. Thanks Michelle!!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

What an excellent salad!! It's really different and sooo tasty. Everyone I had over for dinner loved it. I took some of the suggestions and cut back on the sugar too. Thanks for a great recipe. I'll definitly make this one again.

Feta Chicken

The chicken was so moist and had such a great taste. I took the others advice and rolled them up and tied them with string. I also drizzled a little olive oil on the tops ,as suggested, and they came out golden brown. I can't wait to make it for company! Very easy to do and looks like you fussed. Thanks for a great recipe.

Perfect Party Punch

I made this for my sister's Baby shower and it was a big hit. I listened to the others and left out the bananas. We had 40 people, I made the punch 3 times and it still wasn't enough!! Thanks for a great recipe!! P.S. we kept a bottle of vodka on the side and those who wanted to spike their glass did so.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

I made this for my Super Bowl dinner party. When I described to my family what was in it, I had a lot of funny faces and negative comments. Well, were they all shocked how much they loved it. It had such a great taste and it was so easy!! If you're not too sure if you'll like it, I suggest you try it because you might shock yourself. Thanks for the great recipe!!
