this was a great recipes but i did make some changes. i put 1 and a 1/2 cup regular flour and the rest wheat flour. because of that they made them doughy in the inside and crispy on the outside. i also combined the cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter all together in a bowl and used a batter spatula to spread it a round the dough so each part of the dough would be covered in the mixture. i have made this recipes 3 times and i always end up burning them, so this time i decided to put them in for a bout 8-10 minuets and they turned out perfect! thanks for the recipe!
