This recipe originally appeared in "Taste of Home" Magazine- I make it alot, and it's tasty.Like to use spicy A-1 sauce.

I've been addicted to this dip since I found it here at Allrecipes! Seriously, it's always in the fridge. The only thing I've changed is , I use spicy olives. My husband got a recipe from a bartender friend of his. We all liked the spicy olives so much, I decided to use them in the dip. Perfection! I purchase the large "Queen Olives" from Costco. You pour out the olive juice and add a splash of lemon juice, fresh cracked black pepper and lots of Tapatio hot sauce. You can use any brand, we just like Tapatio flavor. Shake it all up and let it chill. There really good by themselves too. I use fat free cream cheese and fat free mayo. It still tastes great. Thanks for the recipe!

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

Good Stuff Maynard!! I always use Lite Sour Cream and Light Mayonaise(Best Foods Brand) and it comes out great. Can't taste the difference. I'm going to try the LEEK Soup mix next time. May even reduce the amount of mayonaise called for.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

My family loved this recipe. I used the Glaze another member suggested(doubled it), added 1/2 cup diced bell pepper. Only had "Vegetable" flavored Ritz on hand, and aded 3 links Italian Turkey Sausage. Used "BOLD" A-1 sauce. I used the whole package of soup mix, we didn't find it too salty. It's aforgiving recipe, make to your families taste.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This is the best Banana Bread! I always get alot of compliments on it, and my daughter requests it often. The sour cream makes it very moist, and compliments the sweetness of the banana's. I probably use more banana's than called for , but just a little. Very yummy!

Three Bean Salad

Jalapeno Popper Spread

After reading all the reviews, I decided to give this a try.At first I thought it was a tad bland. Didn't want to waste it, so I added the following: 6oz. thawed spinach,sliced green onions, minced garlic, and "Johnny's" Garlic Spread seasoning. Sounds weird I know, but it was good . Now it's a family favorite.

Sweet and Tangy Glazed Salmon

I use this recipe all the time when I cook salmon. I got it out of my Quick Cooking Magazine from Taste of Home. The trick is to use less Dill Weed and less Brown Sugar. I add approx. 1 tsp.dill, and 1 cup brown sugar. Then adjust to taste. I cook mine in the oven, and baste with sauce. My family loves it!

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

1/9/04 Just made this today, and boy is it good! Followed other members advice and cut down on the chicken broth. Doubled the meats too. Only used a half can of beer, and threw in a little red wine. Couldn't find red chiles , so I used 2 jalapeno peppers, it's spicey but not too much. Serve with some white rice, and or crusty bread, YUM YUM. Thanks for the recipe.

Salmon Chowder

I just made this soup tonight, and it is great! My kid's loved it! I only used 3/4 the amount of cheese called for and 2- 7oz. packages of boneless skinless salmon.( The new kind with no water added.)This is rich and elegant enough to serve to company. Kudos!

Creamy Rice Pudding

I cooked this the other nite and thought it was terrific. I had never cooked or tried rice pudding before, I was very pleased. This recipe is a keeper. I only used 1/3 cup regular brown raisins, and it turned out great.thanks

Cajun Chicken Pasta

I love spicy, unusual foods, and this one hit the spot. My husband enjoyed it too, and he tends to be picky at times. I thought it had alot of liquid, could possibly cut down on the amount of heavy cream that the recipe called for. Other than that, it was great!
