My cooking tragedies
I'm sure I have burned a few things and tried to concoct some things that seemed good at the time but turned the stomach

No Bake Cookies V
These are the absolutely the easiest cookies to make. My wife asks me to make them at least once a month. The recipe needs no changing. The key is to let the mixture soft boil for the 1 minute. After you make these a few times, feel free to experiment. We like to add about 2 tablespoons of instant espresso to the initial mix... Chocolate, peanut butter, AND caffeine!!!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
I've made this recipe my 'go to' banana nut bread recipe. Absolutely LOVE it. Took some to work and had to pass out the recipe to everyone!

Banana Peanut Butter Bread
Just made this and it turned out wonderful! I love peanut butter cookies and banana bread. Now I can have both at once. We didn't have any walnuts (or any nuts) available, so I used chunky peanut butter in place. Still came out great. We love that it's not super sweet or super heavy. Now that we followed the recipe (as best we could), next time we are going to try a few tweaks (i.e. a bit of cinnamon, a little vanilla). The original recipe is still very good though. Thanks!!!
