Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread

WOW!!!!!!! I have made this bread multiple times, and it is AWESOME! I make it with whole wheat flour, sub. apple sauce for oil, only add 1/2 cup of sugar, and add one LARGE (about 1 and 1/2 cup) granny smith apple and it is one of the best breads I've ever had! Probably the best "healthy" bread! I make it every week now!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Ok, I have made this several times and finally decided I needed to rate it! This bread is delicious! I subbed applesauce for the butter, used fat FREE sour cream, and it still turned out really, really good! The slight tang of sour cream without the calories! And it is really really moist too:)

Chocolate Dipped Orange Biscotti

Ok, I added 1/2 cup of flour, just because it was SO SO wet and impossible to handle, and a little more orange zest, and it was amazing!!! My mom had it with her coffee this morning, and though she usually hates eating anything in the morning, she was crazy over this! She said it was seriously the best biscotti she ever tasted!

Baby Spinach Omelet

Wow!! This was the best omelet I have ever tasted! This was incredible! The nutmeg makes the dish; DO NOT LEAVE IT OUT! also, I cut the fat by using two egg whites instead of one egg.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Wow, looking at the ingredients I had a hard time believing this apple pie was that good. I finally decided to make this for our church fellowship meal and everyone loved it! I got compliments left and right, and it was eaten up in no time! Amazing recipe:)

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

OH MY WORD!!!! I used to think it was trite for people to say they wished they could rate something 10 stars, but seriously, this deserves WAY more than 10 stars! I am in love with this crust! I'm never going to make another kind. It was perfect - healthy, but so SO tasty! I added some rosemary and garlic powder to the crust, and like some others suggested, I let rest a couple min on the pan before sticking in the oven ... I baked for 15 minutes, topped with a little pizza sauce, tomatoes, red peppers, onions, minced garlic, mushrooms, olives, spinach, little cheese, and low fat turkey pepperoni, basil, oregano, put it back in the oven for 15 more minutes, and then broiled it on low for about a minute to get the top crust and cheese a little toasted. It was SO good!!!

Wow, this was great! I used regular graham crackers and made the satiny chocolate glaze from this site - it was SO SO good! Such a good birthday cake!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Wow! These were amazing! I substituted 1 cup ww flour, 1/2 white, instead of butter I used applesauce, and reduced sugar to 1/2 cup. I also added a tsp of vanilla and a tsp of cinnamon. The topping I left unaltered except added a little more cinnamon. They were delicious!!! I loved them! Only strange thing was, I made 18 regular size muffins easily ... were these supposed to be jumbo muffins? Def. will be making these again!

Microwave Cake

Well, this was quite tasty and moist! I followed the directions exactly, but after the five minutes of waiting after the twelve mins in the microwave, it still was all little raw and gooey so I stuck it back in the microwave for a minute and it was great! I did the yellow cake mix with apple pie filling, and I put some walnuts on the bottom of the pan, and it added a little crunch to it that I think it neeeded. All in all, great recipe! I'll definitely use again!
