I only used half of a biscuit and did not mold it like the recipe called for because of a review stating that the biscuit got too brown. Keeping the biscuit on the bottom worked out pretty good, except could hardly taste the biscuit. Frankly, I think the bigger muffin tins would work better but I don't own any.

1-Dish Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Bake

This recipe was sooo easy. I have always shied away from anything that uses yeast but this was not difficult in any way. Next time I will add more ingredients which I am sure it will earn 5 stars then. It also looked pretty coming out of the oven! Thank you for the recipe.

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

Take like restaurant pancakes. First time I ever made pancakes from scratch. I will not buy the mix again after I found out how easy it is. Thank you for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

This was the best stroganoff i've ever tasted. The cream cheese give it a nice smooth flavor. Not like the sour cream which I always thought was a bit too tart. I used 2 pounds of stew meat, but did not double the ingredients and it turned out great. My son and his friend even liked it!
