Chicken Seashell Salad

Sounded like it would be a really good salad. I like all the ingredients, but I didn't end up liking it very much.

Made this recipe for a family dinner and everybody loved it. I had to make more dressing than was called for. I also used less sugar and it was still quite sweet. I think that I will try it with a more savory dressing, like a peppercorn ranch.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I followed some of the suggestion in previous reviews. Used 1/2 applesauce for oil and O.J. instead of the water. I was real moist and tasty. Took it to work and all loved it.

Bacon Mushroom Chicken

love this recipe, have made many times. Even easier use real bacon bits in a jar. I add a bit of basil and some parsley to the sauce. Also use boneless thighs. Very good flavor.
