Spicy Corn Dip
I've been making this dip for a couple of years & I get requests for it all of the time. I use lowfat sour cream and fat free mayo and one can of diced jalapenos instead of the fresh (since fresh aren't always available in my grocery store). As other reviewers mentioned, be sure to drain everything well. It's definitely better if made a day ahead of time. I always serve with the Fritos Scoopables.

Sweet and Sour Chicken II
I thought this was way too sweet. However, my hubby and son loved it and told me it was a keeper recipe. I did mix 1/4 c. catsup with 2 Tbl corn starch to thicken as recommended by others. I followed the rest of recipe as written.

Breakfast Pizza II
This breakfast pizza was yummy! It is a little spicy, but we like it that way. I made it exactly as written except that I added a few green peppers and fresh mushrooms (sautéed for a little bit in butter). I baked it for 8 min and then added the egg mixture and needed to bake it another 10 min. so the eggs were set.
