Marinated Tuna Steak

Very good ... only comment is it is a bit salty -- but excellent marinade. We use it on ahi steaks, and the flavor is to die for.

The original recipt itself was good -- I doctored it adding chopped green/red bell peppers and chicken (if you want meat...) and it was awesome. Also added garlic, and used a red wine vinegar dressing instead of the oil/vinegar combo.

Cooking Light magazine's Chicken Parmesan

This recipe was awesome -- very easy, and delicious. My chicken took awhile longer to cook (about 15-20 min. vs. 10 min). Served it on angel hair pasta -- and it was a huge hit. Two thumbs up.

Artichoke-Chile Dip

I doubled this recipe -- and used lowfat mayo and cheeses -- it was wonderful! People loved the spiciness that the chiles give it. Made pita chips (from this web site) to eat with it -- perfect fit.

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

Very good and easy recipe. I used low-fat sour cream and mayo (less guilt) -- and it tasted great. Followed reviews -- only used 1/2 the Ranch dressing package -- and then added some garlic salt and tomatoes -- yummy!

Pita Chips

These were easy to prepare -- and a huge hit at my Super Bowl party! One caution...keep an eye on them in the oven...they REALLY do crisp fast! Two thumbs up.

Chicken Marsala

My husband loves marsala -- I had never made it before, and used this recipe for a first try. He loved it. I doubled mushrooms -- and he still asked "do we have more mushrooms???" Only think -- was heavy on oil/butter -- was happy to see from other reviewers, you can cut this and increase liquids and it's still great...will try that next time. Thumbs up!
