Maple Baked Pork Loin Roast

Wow- just made this for the first time and it was great! My roast was only 3 pounds, and I let it cook for about an hour and a half. It was cooked perfectly, and the sauce had great flavor (I cooked down the rest to more of a glaze.) My husband said it's one of the best things I've ever made!

Ann's Shrimp Etouffee

Wow- so tasty! I halved the recipe and cut down the cooking time for the shrimp a bit. Served over brown rice. Will definitely be making this again!

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Wow- this is outstanding! If I could give it 10 stars I would because I was licking the plate! The only change I made was putting the onions (and some mushrooms that I needed to use up) on the bottom. So good!

Mexican Sour Cream Rice

I agree that modifications are needed to make this recipe a 5 star one, however it was good enough to inspire me into writing my first review on this site! I followed the advice of other reviewers and doubled the sour cream and green chilis. I also added black beans. Next time I will try adding taco seasoning and more heat, because it was still pretty bland. I served it alongside green enchiladas and it was a lovely complement to them!
