Seasoned Cornish Hens

flavor was pretty good, had to do a lil adjusting. I added some onion and a tad of brown sugar to work against the sodium flavor from the soy. all in all i will make again

Gooey Butter Cake I

I thought this was delicious! I did a few things different. To the cake mixture i pureed a little pinapple and added it in with the cake and i used some of the juice in cake mix as well to prevent dryness, works GREAT!I added 12oz cream cheese to the topping...i still think it could use a little more, along with a little tiny bit of lemon juice. I only used about half the amount of sugar. Will def make again! this is a fun recipe that you can do alot with!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This Cheesecake was ok, I followed this recipe just as written, made no changes, though if i try it again, i might change a few things based on what others said. But out of 6 people in my house, 4 of us tasted an "egg" flavor, the texture was pretty good, but the flavor was blan.

Chicken and Cheese Crescents

This recipe was GREAT!!!! I made some minor changes, but everyone in my family liked it so much, i have made it 2 times in the past week. Rathre then using cream of chicken i used 1 can Cream of chicken w/ herb & one can of Cream of potato. Alos, I boiled the chicken instead and threw in some carrots. Once stuffed, i mixed the rest of the chicken & carrots in with the soup mix, and waited to pour in untill the cresents were about finished, that way they didnt get soggy. All n all a GREAT recipe!!!
