i found this to be a very delicious recipe. It isn't like the banan bread I have made before. I used the idea of another reviewer as placing the middle rack of your oven down a notch and baking it an extra 10 minutes, also, I did only stir just until mixed. Then I let it sit in the pan for 5 minutes prior to baking it off. What I got was a wonderful loaf of bread with a perfect top, as well as a perfect crust. It was a hard crusty crust just like bread is suppose to be. Aslo, the inside of the bread was light and fluffy and or perfect texture. I will make this again, but, I think I will add cinammon and nutmeg! Thanks!
