Aunt Norma's Rhubarb Muffins

These are really good and moist. I did use 2 cups of fresh rhubarb at other reviewers suggestion. Sold them at a fair with people testing muffins. They were well liked.

Polish Meat and Potatoes

I made a double recipe for six of us and there wasn't any left. Delicious. Only change was less oil. Maybe we just liike large portions....have a salad on the side.

Buffalo Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Dressing

Delicious! I cooked them in a large non-stick skillet and they turned out fantastic. We didn't have any celery and I used good quality blue cheese dressing. Will be making these frequently.

Pesto Turkey Burgers

Love, love , love these burgers. I have used the same recipe and made meatballs out of it as well. We devour those with rice. This recipe is a huge hit in my house!

After the great reviews was expecting a great cookie. Not so great! Certainly very easy to make, kids will probably love them but I thought they tasted like processed cookies definately not homemade. There must be better lemon cookies out there!
