Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This was pretty good. I served it at a church supper group that I was hosting. Most of my guests thought it was a variance of chicken cordon-bleu. I wish it could have been crunchier and not so soggy after adding the sauce, but overall a keeper. Thanks!

Oaxacan Tacos

This was ok. I love cilantro, lime & jalapenos, but I this was just blah. The name of the recipe sounded like an authentic Mexican speciality but these are just dressed down fajitas. Glad I tried it, but I think I'll keep looking for authentic Mexican cuisine.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I just made these this afternoon and they were pretty good. I let the cubed chicken marinate in the mixture for a coupla hours and also added in a can of chopped green chiles near the end of cooking. Like other reviewers, I also switched the oregano for cilantro. Served with pepper jack (cheddar for the kids) on whole wheat tortillas and my 5 y/o had two of them! Husband liked it as well. Thanks for a good recipe. Will make again.

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

The problem very well may have been that of the cook, but these turned out yucky. They were hard, dry, inedible... I was hoping to find a healthy recipe, but I am now convinced that a good tortilla must be full of bad stuff!

Basic Curry Sauce

Shouldn't a curry recipe contain curry? It's not on the list of ingredients; maybe this is what others sense is 'missing'. I have toyed around with this recipe several times & I have always added about 1T of curry powder (as well as salt) with a very good result, it's even better the next day.
