Ice Cream Snowball Pie

Very good. I solved the hard crust issue by placing the pie plate in a pan of hot water before cutting - (like loosening a jello mold). I made with 2 flavors - 1/2 with my favorite flavor and 1/2 with my husbands favorite flavor. We were both happy!

Creamy Shrimp and Rice

Made just as described. It is a beautiful dish but the flavor did not quite do it for us - probably will not make again. It was the fiirst time I had tried the cooking creme. Tasted too much like cream cheese with not enough garlic flavor. Also, make sure to take the tough ends of the peas along with the "strings".

Easy Salmon

As written it is pretty bland - needs something more. I see others added garlic and red pepper. We had on rice and that seemed like the right choice. May try again with some more spices.

A little bit too spicey for us but that is easily fixed next time. I just kept adding stuff to the mushroom mixture and added cooked shrimp at the end. Yummy!!!
