Bourbon Pecan Chicken

Baked instead of frying as it looked like all the breading was going to fall off. Pounded out chicken. Used less butter in sauce. All good.

Honey Mustard Chicken with Pretzel Crust

Good but not my favorite. Sauce was delicious but the ground up pretzels got a bit mushy. I barely had enough sauce for coating the chicken and had tons of sauce for dribbling on top.

Easy - cut in half, used 8 oz fresh mushrooms and threw in a can of tomatoes (since pasta sauce not sold in 32 oz jars around here). Also threw in a small can of sliced black olives.
