Sour Cream Pork Chops
5 stars coming from a family who do not particularly like pork chops. Finally a recipe where they don't come out dry AND have flavor. Followed ingrediant list and WAS going to put in slow cooker but a last minute realized my chops were very thin which meant the time would have been cut in half and I wouldn't be home to shut slow cooker or they would have definitely been dried out. So I put them in a ziploc after I seasoned and dredged in flour (added x garlic). I used the skillet and followed all ingrediant list. I added the sour cream the last 20-25 minutes. They simmereed about an hour total. Served w/rice and a salad. They EASILY cut with a fork just so moist and flavorful. Thank you for sharing.

Cranberry Sauce Chicken II
Declicious and very moist. Loved the sauce and there was plenty. I used chix breasts and Thousand Isand dressing. Also used homemade cranberry sauce l/o from Thanksgiving (recipe from this site) and I was short 4 oz so I used Cranberry Jam made from green tomatoes (also from this site). Family loved it.

Green Tomato Raspberry Jam
OMG!! I can't believe these taste sooo good. And I mean they as I made all different kinds after the Raspberry came outso well. Gave a jar to neighbor and her 4 yr old gobbled it up with crackers. Hers was orange Jam. The only change I made was to reduced the sugar by almost half. I like sweet but it was a bit too sweet. I made this with Orange, Cranberry (had this for Thanksgiving) and Strawberry in addition to the original Raspberry. Would have loved to give these in jars for Xmas gifts but all gone.
