Hungarian Mushroom Soup
I made this recipe twice before writing my review. The first time I made with the exact ingredients on the list. I found this a little bland. The second time I made it I added white wine to the sauted the onions, and let that reduce to half. Then I added garlic powder with the other dry ingredient. In the last step, I added hot sauce to the soup for a little kick. There was still something missing so I will continue to work with this recipe because it is such a great mushroom soup base. Thanks!

Creamy Chipotle Chicken
EXCELLENT! Only made minor changes: added 1 can of roasted diced tomatoes, and ommited the chicken stock due to the extra liquid in canned tomatoes. Added sauteed thinly sliced onions, red pepper, green pepper, and poblano peppers to last 45 minutes of cooking. Served over cilantro rice completed the "Mexican" flavors of this dish.

Mashed Sweet Potatoes
This was simple and easy to make. I used only 1/3 cup of milk, and 1/3 cup of maple syrup, and 4 tablespoons of butter. Sweet potatoes are so creamy that they don't need a lot of liquid. I also added 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves. I mashed these all together with a potato masher, and then I baked them in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees to give them a "twice baked" fluffyness. My son loves these potatoes.
