yum! everyone who rated this pie gave it 5 stars and everyone said it was "very good." the best part about this pie was the taste. the peanut butter layer oozed into empty section of the pie plate when cut though. it wasn't runny but was very very soft. you should definately cut it right out of the fridge like we did and mabey try freezing it. this probably won't be as much of a problem if you use peanuts in that layer, as directed. that would give that layer extra stability. i left them out because i don't like peanuts in dessert, only peanut butter. ironic, huh? just in case you are wondering, i chilled it longer 4 hours, more like 12. thanks for the recipe. it was good, but i'm still looking for the perfect peanut butter and choclate layered pie.
