Of course, I made a couple of a tweaks to make this even more healthy! First, I did not add the olive oil - added 1/4 c of water instead and used the juice from the canned tomatoes.
I also used a dropper full of concentrated liquid Stevia instead of the sugar.
This was crazy easy, no preservatives and everyone how has tasted this (brought it to the office) was amazed at how good it was! I'll be doing it again here this week!
