Super Easy Stir-Fried Cabbage
Delicious! We subbed rice wine vinegar for the wine, added a little kale and some extra firm tofu (that we browned in a little oil) to make a full meal of it.

Dawn's Kale Side Dish
FYI: garlic should be minced. I failed to write that in the directions.

Basic Ham and Bean Soup
Good. Used broth from a ham boild w/ onion, garilic and red chili peppers made the night before. Added 1 additional chili pepper and used a variety of beans including red and french lintels. skipped the added salt.
