About this Cook
We both love to have the satisfaction of a great meal especially when it's a new one.Bringing people together to enjoy is so much fun and knowing that are kids are eating well is a good feeling. We are engaged to be married and have two children 8 and 2.We firmly believe in instilling good eating habits in our children and having them eat whatever is provided in front of them; even one bite makes them more open minded!!
My favorite things to cook
Would have to be chicken cordon bleu, pesto stuffed pork and because we are taco lovers #1 would have to be my tacos with parmesan cheese shells.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Garlic has a mother that can whip it up in a kitchen so alot of his way of cooking, seasoning and joy of food comes from her.I didn't have much family traditions with cooking so I'm proud to think I'm creating my own for my kids.
My cooking triumphs

My cooking tragedies
No major ones yet.We are pretty cautious on our relm of knowledge with food and stick with ingredients we know

Taco Casserole
This recipe is excellent, I made a couple of changes i added salsa instead of tomatoes, and a pack of taco seasoning to meat, and the best idea i had was to not use tortilla chips and instead use frito lays scoops, they dont get soggy and taste great. Enjoy!!
