Springtime Spaghetti

Best Baked Chicken

I didn't think there was enough lemon in this recipe, I ended up using all the juice from 2 large lemons ..I used the full amount of butter and was pleased with the amount of sauce left over to spoon over pasta, next time I'll add some Parmesan cheese so the sauce is a bit thicker.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was really good..I should have cut the potatoes into bigger chunks as they got over cooked and my husband wished it was slightly thicker and I did end up adding a ton of chicken bouillon (close to half the bottle) for more flavor, it turned out really good

Pumpkin Pie Cake I

Maybe with a different cake flavor this would have been okay but I threw most of it out..the bottom pumpkin layer was really good and just like pumpkin pie but the cake layer tasted ok on the first bite but as you went on it was almost bitter ..I felt it should have had sugar in it or something.

Cranberry Pot Roast

I liked this the cranberry flavor wasn't strong but noticeable and kind of sweet. My husband however thought it was just ok so he covered his in worcestershire sauce.

Garlic Shrimp Linguine

I was excited for this after reading other reviews, one even said it's better than anything at red lobster but I would much rather go to red lobster! It wasn't bad it just wasn't really good either ..like others said, you do have to triple or more the recipe for enough liquid to cover the noodles. I thought there was way too much garlic and I had to pile on the parmesan cheese to get through it ..might have been better with some lemon juice but I don't think I'll be making this again.

Greek Pasta Salad III

This was really tasty salad but I would not suggest chilling it for hours! I ran cold water over the noodles while straining so they weren't so hot and after mixing it all together I tried a bite and it was sooo good so I was really excited for others to try it..it was in the fridge for a little over 2 hours (not much) and all the dressing that was in the bottom got soaked up in the noodles and it changed their texture and made the salad very dry :( but it was so good at first so next time I'm going to serve it within 20 minutes of making.

OREO® and Fudge Ice Cream Cake

This was really good but next time I don't think I'll use ice cream sandwiches, if I do it will be just one layer and the other layers will be ice cream because it was just a little too much chocolate to finish a whole piece but other than that it was really good it..the oreo fudge layer tastes just like the fudge layer in dairy queen ice cream cakes.

Ladyfinger Trifle

My Aunt used to make this every Christmas and I loved it..thought I would never find a recipe just like it but this tastes exactly the same! I used a can of blueberry pie filling with mine. Thanks for the recipe
